Maria and Joe Handle

I am Maria Sacco Handle, a Sales Associate with Prudential, Fox, and Roach in Brigantine, NJ. I cover all of South Jersey specializing in Brigantine, Atlantic City, Ventnor, & Margate. I also serve lisitngs in Galloway, Absecon, Smithville, Egg Harbor Township, Mullica, Egg Harbor City, Somers Point, Longport, Linwood, and Northfield. I've been selling real estate since 2004 and have been very successful, even in this difficult market. I've been described as "aggressive yet classy," "creative," and "extremely hard working." I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and do what needs to get done - I'm not afraid of challenge.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers, 35% of my business is gained through rentals. I currently manage 27 properties for various clients and rarely have a year round rental sit vacant for more than a month. I am up to date with all of the area code enforcement and certifications needed to get your property prepared to rent.

Born and raised in Shenandoah, PA, I graduated from Syracuse University in 1994 with a B.A. in English and Art with a concentration in Marketing and Computer Science. I moved to South Jersey in 1994 & have lived in Brigantine for over 12 years. I have several certifications in Advertising, Web Design, and Marketing. I currently live in on the golf course with my husband, Joe, and my daughter, Rosalie.
