My name is Gail Vinnal and I am a Broker Associate with the Real Estate Office of Savva Realty located in Cedar Grove, NJ. I am also a licensed Real Estate Instructor.
I specialize in helping First Time Homebuyers achieve their homeownership goals. Buying a home is one of the most stressful things a person can do, buying a first home can be overwhelming. My experience with the First Time Homebuyer allows me to anticipate the needs of my clients, solve problems before they can escalate and answer questions before they are asked.

I walk you step by step through the process and answer your questions along the way (as many times as you ask them). It is my feeling that this is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life and you are entitled to all the information available as often as you need it to be comfortable with your decision.
