The MLS systems have tons of information, but if you do not know how to extrapilate, manipulate, and analyze it - it's meaningless! I have spent endless hours determining trends, as well determining what type of ads work for particular situations to market your home in the most effective way! (My Marketing MBA helps too!)

I've had the good fortune of having a Real Estate broker in my family so I was introduced to the real estate industry at a very young age. I bought my first investment property before I knew how to drive. I bought and sold several properties since, single families, multi family, commercial, and functioned as general contractor for our custom home built in Greece - which if anyone knows if you can do this you can do anything!

Moved back to NJ in Oct 2007 with my husband and 5yo twin boy/girl. Finally got my RE license in Feb 2008 and have been working non-stop since.
