There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a businesswoman for the past 30 years, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessable, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach in business. It requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. To that purpose, I have pursued additional real estate education to achieve SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and e-PRO designations to remain on top of the most current and critical issues confronting real estate professionals. I have completed my Accredited Buyers Representative designation education and testing and am in the process of completing the documentation required to use the designation. And finally, I'm 1/3 of the way through the Graduate Realtor Institute, a wonderful and lengthy course of study that explores many more aspects and concerns of real estate, ethics, the law, finance, marketing, etc. My schedule is always modified where possible to take advantage of the Seminars and Workshops offered by the various New Jersey Realtor Associations and other groups to enhance my knowledge and understanding of this complex and exciting profession.
I leverage my considerable background in Management and in fields using cutting-edge computer technology to benefit my clients. I have no excuses. I know better! My customers deserve to get responses quickly and efficiently. This technology has helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. This is especially true since my relationship with Real Estate Consultants. This is a win-win for my clients. These folks are dedicated to using technology to enhance and improve the services they provide for their clients, AND their agents.
