PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
My previous career, in the corporate travel industry, spanned eighteen years, twelve of which were at a management level. The professional skills and life experience gained during that time have proved to be an invaluable asset in the real estate industry. The training and work related tasks allowed me the opportunity to become proficient with: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher, various MS Windows platforms, internet marketing, website maintenance and design, customer service and the most important sales tool, the ability to meet the customers expectations.
My years with Real Estate Consultants have consisted of diverse real estate transactions. I have experience with residential home sales, townhome/condo sales, residential rentals, commercial rentals, small commercial sales, HUD homes, short sales and bank owned properties. I also have an understanding of conditions required for: 203B Loans, 203K loans, USDA mortgages, FHA loans and down payment assistance programs.
