Victor M. Coleman

Victor Coleman was born and raised in New York, New York where he earned his Business Management Degree. Prior to becoming a Real Estate professional, he worked at the Raleigh Hotel on South Beach in Miami, Florida then, owned and operated by Real Estate/Hotel mogul Andrea Balaz. Shortly after that, Victor moved back to NY where he quickly worked his way up to a Front Desk management position at the prestigious Royalton Hotel in Times Square. Staying there for over 3 years he grew and learned from the world famous Real Estate mogul and Hotelier, Ian Schraeger who is also responsible for successfully owning and operating NYC’s well-known Morgan’s and Hudson Hotels plus many others throughout the US and Europe.

Victor has a vast knowledge and strong understanding of business management, prides himself on his professionalism and integrity, and offers a sincere commitment to his clients. He is known for going above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy his clients both by developing a strong, lasting relationship and providing them with a place to call home that best suits them financially and warms their heart. Living now, in Bay Ridge, this newlywed enjoys dinning out, exercising, reading and an occasional game of recreational poker with friends and neighbors.

Victor admittedly will sell and find property faster with the promise of sweets and cookies.
