I live in Caledonia, a small town southwest of Rochester, NY. My passion is working in the Real Estate Industry. I enjoy listing presentations and buyer interviews. My goal is to aid my client in either buying or selling their home. I understand that the process is not about me, it is all about you. I believe your input in the process is critical, this leads to effective communication throughout the transaction. Many of my current clients are first time home buyers and Veterans. I currently serve the Wyoming, Livingston, and the South West portion of Monroe county, as well as Genesee County.
I joined the United States Air Force in 1983 and served honorably for a total of 11 years; 4 years active and the balance in the Reserves with the 914th out of Niagara Falls. I was deployed to the United Arab Emirates in 1990, during Operation Desert Storm. I would be honored to be of service to my fellow Veterans.
I have also worked at Rochester Gas and Electric for 9 years as a Power Plant Electrician
Later I persued a career in the Automation Industry as a Controls Technician/machine builder.
I took some time to figure out what was missing, what is it Kelly would really like to do for a living, and discovered I missed working with people. I was a waitress way back when, and had so much fun at it. So I decided to serve the public, my friends, my family, and colleagues, as a Realtor. I intend to do this for the rest of my life. I am passionate, intensely loyal, and a very hard worker. I strive for constant improvement, much of the time keeping current on Real Estate Related Issues, and the ever changing market as well as, loads of continuing education offered by the National Association of Realtors and the Rochester Real Estate Board.
I enjoy relaxing with a good book, getting together with family and friends for a great meal, I love getting dirt under my fingernails, gardening, hiking, and spending time with my two small dogs. Both are LhassaPoo's. They are wonderful pets, like living Teddie Bears!

My main goal is to provide my clients with a seamless transaction whether it is listing a home or finding and purchasing a home with my buyers. I will help my buyers get qualified in a timely fashion and provide information and resources for credit issues. I offer insight on how to prepare a home for sale. I also offer a comprehensive marketing plan, meant to sell your home for the most money possible, in the shortest amount of time. I am well versed on the recent trends and where my sellers will get the most return for their hard earned dollars as far as home improvements and preparing the home for sale.
I am curretly working on my GRI designation and will attend the necessary classes for the ABR this upcoming year, 2008.
