Rick and Toni are modest, down to earth people so it took the input of their friends and co-workers to tell you about them. Rick is native to the Dutchess County area and Toni moved to Wappingers Falls in 1978. Rick has been a local contractor for business’ not only in Dutchess County but also in Westchester and Putnam counties so he has a vast knowledge of the Hudson Valley area. Toni’s background includes banking and raising their 2 children so again, local community involvement through business and family activities. Rick and Toni are heavily involved in their community activities and it’s quite common to see either at a Softball game or aRenagades game not to mention a school function, fund raiser or parent’s night at school. Rick’s personality is best described as “THE MAYOR” because he seems to know someone anywhere he goes. Toni’s personality is very similar, she’s always smiling and together you can see and feel they both know how to have fun and enjoy each other.
