I was raised in Tompkins County and returned back to the Finger Lakes region to raise my family following several years in Florida. After receiving a Master’s degree as a Speech-Language Pathologist, I traveled the United States and ended up in Florida as an Area Manager covering Rehabilitation departments from Central to South Florida. The Florida real estate market enticed me and my husband into buying, managing and selling several properties.

We decided to return to the Ithaca area to raise our family with an ultimate goal of enjoying all of the benefits that the Finger Lakes region has to offer, while keeping strong ties with family, friends and professionals in Florida. My knowledge of the state of Florida has assisted some of my clients with relocation, second homes and planning for retirement.

I am dedicated to total customer satisfaction with a commitment to clear communication every step of the way through each real estate transaction. I have the knowledge of the market and a genuine caring attitude that can make buying or selling your home a very smooth and efficient process.

I have developed an expertise in relocation by assisting clients with moves all across the country. I have extensive experience with corporate relocation companies such as CARTUS (formally Cendant Mobility), Sirva Relocation, Prudential, Altair and USAA and I understand the entire relocation process.

I earned my Resort and Second Home Property Specialist certification to further assist my clients with relocation across the country. While some of my customers are buying and selling locally, many others are considering their longer term real estate options. These options may include purchasing a second home for retirement purposes or investing in a resort area in a different location.
