Hi! My name is Debra Quartuccio. I am a 21 year "seasoned" Associate Broker with Prudential Rand Realty. I have accrued many designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Credited Buyer Representation (CBR) and am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). These designations didn't come easy but were worth the hours of education, time and effort. They are part of what makes me a Prudential Rand Realty Executive and not a typical agent.

The designations are to provide more diligent representation to both Buyers and Sellers.
