Bob began his real estate career in 1979 as the owner of a site development contractor serving Northern Westchester and Putnam counties. By 1984, Bob sold the company to a local competitor and became involved in the property and lease management of several of the complexes he had assisted in developing.

As a Dutchess County resident since 1986, attention was turned to the residential re-sale market as a sales agent in 1997 with Coldwell Banker Currier and Lazier Realtors in Poughkeepsie and received his Brokers license in 1998. Bob quickly realized that a growing niche of investment clients was growing throughout the region, and capitalized early on capturing this market and blended it into his residential business. This proved quite fruitful and let to his leading the multi-family investment market consistently since 1998.

In January of 2003, Bob joined a brand new organization in Dutchess County, Realty Executives Williams-Sykes Realty, where he currently sells Real Estate as an Associate Broker. Today he is heavily involved in both the residential and commercial market as a top producing agent. Realty Executives has since grown to 5 offices in the Hudson Valley, capturing the ninth market share position in Dutchess County in less than 4 years.

Bob resides in East Fishkill with his wife Debbi and his five teenaged sons. (That’s right – FIVE!), along with the family’s golden retriever Jake, and Molly, a sweet, but strong-willed 3 year old Bull Mastiff.
