In listening to the consumer, I evaluate their wishes to bring them information and options for a successful sale. Examples of just some of the Client services I provide are as follows: current pricing and various specific real estate information, advertising technology in today’s world, complete necessary paperwork and disclosures by the State, planning a marketing or purchase strategy, finance and communications with lenders, staging and interior design, negotiating deals and contract concessions, screen potential buyers from pre-qualifying to readiness and ability, arranging site inspections, zoning information, attorney follow-ups, constant communication, and this is just some responsibilities in my daily activity as a Real Estate professional. This is truly a full-time job!
