Virginia Halter

As a native North Carolinian raised in Clevland County and having lived in Mecklenburg and Cabarrus Counties for the past twenty-five years, I have a working knowledge of the areas I sell. I tried living in Michigan but I had to come home. I know this area and I love this area.

I graduated from Queens University in Charlotte, NC in 1990 with a BA in English/Theater. I went on to work for First Union Nat'l Bank in their Executive Travel Department primarily working relocating employees. When my husband, Jonathan, and I decided to start a family, I decided I needed to control my career rather than my career controling me. I joined the RE/MAX Signature Properties team and have been at home ever since! It has been said around my office, that real estate is a family business. Truer words could not be spoken! The advantage to you is that my family has the knowledge and professional ssavvy to negotiate the best deals in the best interest of your family.

My faith and family take first priority in my life. I have been happily married for over thirteen years to Jonathan, the most patient man on the planet! I also have two of the most adoring children in the world, Micah, my 11 year old basketball star and pianist and Maya, my eight year old gymnastic all-star.

I am always looking at ways to keep my business on the cutting edge for my clients. I regularly attend classes and conferences to stay educated on the ever-changing world of real estate. Most recently I have earned my CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) accredidations. I also attended the RE/MAX International Convention in 2007, Star Power Conference with Howard Brinton in 2006, and Ninja Selling in 2007.

As clients, you depend on me to be on top of the Real Estate market. I continue my education each year. The real estate laws do not stop changing so it is my pledge to stay ahead of the change.
