Terri Williams

Terri is married to Tommy Williams, owner of Tommy Williams Builders, LLC. They have two sons, Trey and Tyler, and a daughter, Taylor. After a career in mortgage banking and working with her husband for 15 years, Terri joined Aldridge and Southerland in 2002. Her Team was ranked #4 in 2008.
Serving the community through different avenues is important to Terri. Currently she is serving as a director for the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors, where she is also a member of the NC Association of Realtors & the National Association of Realtors. She has been an advocate for continued learning serving on the Education committee as the chairman and as a committee member. She also is past chairman of the Community Development committee which involved raising support for local community projects.

Among her professional designations, Terri holds the prestigious title of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute Realtor (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She is also a graduate of the STAR POWER Listing and Buyer Specialization University.
