Robyn Owen

I have lived and worked in the RTP area for 12 years now. Graduated from NC State, with a major in Spanish, so I can help any Spanish speaking clients find a home. I enjoy working with investors to find them a positive cash flow property, or find that fixer upper that is undervalued enough to turn a profit. I am especially fond of working with first time home buyers, and enjoy educating them about the process, and all the ups and downs they may have to go through. I keep the clients' needs first and foremost, and believe if I do a great job for them, they will be clients for life, and use me for all their future real estate needs. It is so much more about building long-lasting relationships than making a commission.
