I moved to Southern Shores, NC and the Outer Banks in the fall of 2000 with my wife and two sons, and we have not regretted a moment since. I grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and vacationed with my family in the Outer Banks since the late 1960’s. Having spent most of my life at the beach, I am extremely familiar with the “Beach Environment”, both as a residential and a resort lifestyle.

With my Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and years of analyzing financial statements and annual budgets, my knowledge and understanding of the local market qualifies me to help you realize the dream of a lifetime.
