I have been in the real estate business for the past 10 years and was the Broker in Charge for one of the fastest growing franchises in the Carolinas for 2005 - 2007. I have three grown children who are active in the community. I have lived in North Carolina since 1989. I have owned a home in Statesville and worked in the Lake Norman area for the past 15 years. I love the Mooresville and Lake Norman area of North Carolina. Lake Norman has a lot to offer the residents and visitors to North Carolina. That is one of the reason I chose to live here and raise my children here. The Lake Norman area including Mooresville and Statesville have a lot to offer for the activities that fit my lifestyle. Knowing what the savvy internet buyer wants helps me market listed homes more effectively. Owning a large networking database keeps me informed of what goes on in the market. I am always working on education and earning designations.
