Shannon Barnes is an Ashe Country native. Her parents and their parents were born and raised in Ashe as well. She appreciates the tremendous beauty of the mountains, along with the friendly community and small town atmosphere. She worked her way through college and graduated with an Associate degree in the paralegal field, however, loves the real estate business. Her experience as a paralegal included Real Estate law and Tort law. She gained valuable experience with deed and title searching, and her paralegal experience gave her a head start in the real estate business.
