Kenneth Weber

Ken and Jean Weber live in Berea, Ohio and have enjoyed their community for over 30 years. They have two daughters, Erin and Sheila. They are an anomaly in that they have only owned one house for 30 years. In that time they have raised their daughters, several dogs, and two foreign exchange daughters.
Ken has been buying and selling Residential, Investment Properties, and Commercial Real Estate since 1989. These properties have included Single Family Residents, Double Houses, Small Commercial Office Buildings, Retail Centers, Self Storage Facilities, and several other types of Commercial Real Estate within Ohio as well as other states. He has enjoyed the challenges that have arisen from these investments.
Ken has found it beneficial to adopt the “Four Way Test” from Rotary International as his rules to live and do business by. Is it the TRUTH?-----Is it FAIR to all concerned?-----Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?-----Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
