My latest investment is with RELAY - an Electronic Transaction Management system that will connect each of the parties involved in the transaction - via the internet. Although you will continue to be updated by me - this system keeps everyone informed about each step of the process (title agent can upload documents, indicate payoff information received, etc.; lender can upload loan documents and indicate ready to close, etc.; as a buyer you can view documents pertinent to your side / likewise as a seller, and agents are updated with the current status of every process.) This is all at NO ADDITIONAL COST to you - and greatly improves the level of information each party has immediate access to for the transaction.

Communication is key and you will hear from me as often as you need and that includes being able to contact me via phone, fax, email and yes, even the postal service! If you have any questions - I'll have or find the answers.

As a SELLER: Marketing is KEY to the sell of your home! I use the latest in technology to market from DAY ONE. I use the tried and true and NEW methods to benefit you the most and SELL your house fast!
