Art and Lynn Covan

TWO FOR ONE - Art and Lynn Covan - We are a husband and wife team and empty nesters. We work side by side as a team to assure our clients of excellent service. You can always reach one of us. Art has been in Real Estate since 1967 and has a Broker's License. Lynn has been licensed since the year 2000 but has been in the real estate business since 1977. Art has lived in Westerville since 1956 and Lynn since 1977. We are active in the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce, Saint Paul Lutheran Church, Westerville Curtain Players, Northeas/Westerville Area Realty Association and Columbus Board of Realtors. Art is a very active memeber of the Westerville Sunrise Rotary.

We love co-ops and pay referral fees.

We are past owners of 2 RE/MAX offices.

Art has a Broker's license, and CRS Designation, he is in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, a past Broker Owner of the Year for RE/MAX of Central Ohio, has received the: CBR Volunteer Service Award, Chamber of Commerce President's Award and the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award

Lynn is in the RE/MAX 100% Club, CBR 5 Million Dollar Club and OAR President's Sales Club 2001-2006
