Charlotte is Broker and Co-Owner of RE/MAX Premier Choice with three offices in the Upper Arlington, Worthington and Dublin/Powell areas. Charlotte has actively sold real estate in Columbus and Central Ohio for the last 33 years and has been one of the areas most respected Realtors. Charlotte and her son Marc comprise The Van Steyn Group.

Charlotte has served as President of the Columbus Board of Realtors and as a Trustee for nine years. She has been past recipient of Broker of the Year (1996) and Realtor of the Year (1987).

Charlotte was honored to receive two prestigious awards in 2004. The Worthington Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year and The Ohio Association of Realtors Distinguished Service Award for lifetime achievement.
