Hello, My name is Chad. I am a Realtor, working with Exit Realty Central in Fairborn Ohio. I am 27 years old and have been involved in Real Estate since I was 16. As far as I can remember, I didn't wake up and say "Hey, I think I want to be a Realtor"! Actually, my dad sent me to a Sheriff Sale with a Blank check. Yeah, you can only imagine what was going through my mind. He said," Do NOT go over $60k, if you do we could go under"! Well to make a long story short, we got that house for a well rounded price of $65k... What, I was nervous! He just about went through the roof when I called and told him, but $20k later and most of my summer history, he sold it for $124k. My dad gave my brother and me $5k each for the work we did and the rest is history, I was hooked! I have been actively investing in homes and businesses on my own since 2003. The honest reason I wanted to be a Realtor? I get along well with people, I feel I understand where they're coming from, and I know I can explain things relative to Real Estate in a way that anyone can understand!
