Wayne and Cheryl Eubanks gave birth to their oldest son, Chris, in 1971. They are still married today! I spent most of my youth in San Antonio, Texas. However, due to family career obligations, I have resided in cities such as San Angelo, TX, Marietta, OK, Oneida, KY, Topeka, KS, Kansas City, MO, Amarillo, TX and Houston, TX.
I graduated from high school in 1988, eight months ahead of my fellow classmates, attending De La Salle Acadamy in Kansas City, Missouri. I was active in the business aspects of school, worked on the school's printing, and played on the drum line in another high school marching band. I remained in Kansas City for over a year after my parents moved to Edmond, Oklahoma.
I relocated to Norman, Oklahoma in 1990 and attended the University of Oklahoma. I was blessed with the association in Residential Housing Government for two years, employed as a Residential Advisor in Walker Tower, and various activities promoting student awareness. I received a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration, (Marketing). Since college, I have worked, supervised, and managed many people in an assortment of corporate sales positions.
In 1998, I became the proud parent of Hunter. I enjoy the active lifestyle that comes with being a parent. I also enjoy watching him hit a double in the sixth inning! In 2006, my wife gave birth to our first girl, Grace. She is "Daddy's Little Girl."
In 2004, I married Millie Allen. God has blessed me with her presence, drive to succeed, and a spectrum of business practices and ethics. She travels the country teaching people in the building industry how to market and sell new construction homes. We attend the First Presbyterian Church of Norman, where I am a Deacon and she is an Elder. We are also active donors to the University, East Main Place, The Norman Junior League, Meals on Wheels, and The United Way.
After a corporate change in my life in 2005, we agreed I could be more successful as a Realtor. Achieving GRI designation, my first year, shows my determination to be the best suited Realtor for you!
Through my many experiences with relocating to new towns, new additions to the family, and the combining of families, I feel I am best suited to help others embrace and welcome these changes in their housing decisions. I advocate on behalf of my clients interests and strive to help them feel comfortable and confident with the entire process of buying or selling a home. Specialties include new home sales, existing home sales, relocation assistance, efficient and timely response & communication.
