Phyllis Leilani Halstead

The Halstead Family has been in the real estate business for over 60 years. I was raised in Southern California, where my father, Dave Halstead owned an operated Spraker and Halstead, Building Contractors. Our home was always filled with realtors, builders, sub-contractors and lots of blueprints. I learned from my father the value of relationships and integrity in business. My mother, Micky Halstead, was Spraker and Halstead's accountant. I gleaned from my mother, loyalty and the importance of doing a job well.

With over 30 years of business and sales experience in the Rogue Valley, I have a depth of understanding about the Rogue Valley real estate market that sets me above the rest. In 2004 through 2006, I was one of the Top 100 agents in the Rogue Valley out of more than 1100+ agents. I was awarded the Re/Max 100% designation in 2004, 2005 and 2006. I now hold one of the highest designations in the real estate industry of the Million Dollar Club. I am participating in studies for my CRS, Certified Residential Specialist.

It has been my experience that communication is key in any real estate relationship. Each real estate transaction is unique because each Seller and Buyer and property is unique.
