Stacy Cardoza

My family and I have lived in the Stayton area for 15 years. My kids attend Stayton schools, my oldest just graduated in 2009, and my youngest is going into the 5th grade. My husband and I enjoy family activities with the kids, including karate, neighborhood BBQs, and church. I am active with the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity in the Family Support team. I have had the wonderful opportunity to accompany my kids on short term mission trips to Mexico and Ecuador, and hope to continue that tradition.

1994 Began working in the industry as an assistant to a Realtor
1996 Became licensed, continued as a licensed assistant
2000 Began working as an independent agent
2002 Worked on a Corporate New Construction Acct
2004 Became a relocation specialist with former Brokerage Co.
2006 Received my CRS designation
2005 - 2008 recognized in the top 7% of agents within National Franchise
2009 Opened my own company to provide advanced, specialized Real Estate Services
