Wayne Christianson has joined the Emerald Coast Family of Realtors, operating out of the Depoe Bay office. He and his family have moved to the Oregon coast after having resided in Hermiston, Oregon for 24 years. While in Hermiston, Wayne taught high school, middle and elementary school in the areas of woodworking, career development and behavioral education, where twice he was elected “Educator of the Year”. He served in leadership roles in his church and in community affairs while enjoying his passion for training hunting dogs, bird hunting and sport fishing .
Prior to his teaching career, Wayne held the position of fee real estate appraiser achieving the residential member status from the American Association of Real Estate Appraisers . He is confident that the skills he acquired appraising various types of properties will be valuable in assisting his clients in achieving maximum returns on their investments. Besides assisting sellers in setting accurate sales prices for their properties, these same clients will also benefit from Wayne’s appraising experience as he keeps them informed of current market trends, anticipated marketing time and financing conditions that affect today’s housing market.

Bennett Christianson became an Emerald Coast Realtor in November of 2007 after having graduated with honors from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. Investments in financial markets are a keen interest of Bennett’s and this focus, coupled with his sharp analytical skills, will serve him well in working with his client’s real estate needs.
Bennett and his father, Wayne, have enjoyed teaming up, not only in areas of business, but also in building projects, hunting, fishing and athletics . They share a true affection for coastal living and strive to experience and share much of what the Oregon coast offers to those seeking residence here. Like his father, Bennett is a goal setter and remains committed to achieving the results his clients seek. They will not be disappointed.
Laura Christianson, works closely with her husband, Wayne and son, Bennett in relating to clients and discovering their true needs and desires in buying or selling residential properties. Laura enjoyed a lengthy and very successful teaching career in the area of English . History and Communications where she challenged her students to prioritize integrity, hard work and a belief in themselves. Though she misses the classroom, she too, has accepted the challenge of embarking on a new career where she will put her “people skills” to work in the real estate arena. Laura remains committed to her family and building relationships with those who put their trust and real estate needs in the hands of “The Christianson Team” where clients will become friends as well as satisfied business partners.
