I have been selling real estate in the Lehigh Valley area full time for over 24 years. During this time I have been involved in marketing and selling residential real estate, investment properties, commercial real estate, and land/lots. I have also been invloved in training sales agents, office management, broker-owner, and real estate consulting.
My main objective is to provide complete and total allegiance to my clients and provide the best services possible to make their real estate transactions smooth and successful beyond their expectations.
My business depends on referrals. The best way to maximize referrals is to provide the best professional assistance to my clients.
My mission with each client is to provide the best professional advise and information available and to negotiate the best transaction based on the client's needs and desires.

During my real estate career I have done extensive studies in real estate sales, marketing, investing, management, and law. I have earned the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute; CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), only earned by 4% of all Realtors nationwide; C-CREC designation (Certified Consumer Real Estate Consultant), earned by less than 1% of all Realtors nationwide.
I have been actively involved with the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors as a Trainer, member and Chairman of Grievance Committee and current active member of Professional Standards Committee.
My annual sales volume, each year since 1986, has kept me in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide.
