Christian Ferraro

I'd like to take the time to introduce myself. My name is Christian Ferraro, I am a Realtor, ABR and e-Pro with Lafayette Realty Services and a life long resident of the Roxborough, Manayunk and East Falls area. I have been buying and selling Real Estate for over 10 years. I have extensive knowledge in residential sales, real estate investment, property management and property development. For the last three years I've been working for Lafayette Realty Services, a small but reputable company known for it's customer service. I represent both buyers and sellers, and understand the complexities of the real estate transaction and will help ease the stress of buying or selling a home.
