Is anything easy in todays market?
it sure doesn't seem that way. Of course I only saw the good in 2004, the bad 2008 and I guess this is the ugly 2009...no but I'm busy and having an OK year, but it's just harder to get a deal done now! Are lenders going to change the way we do ...
