I don't believe that someone can learn excellent customer service and high level negotiating in a classroom. Today's real estate industry is full of people with a lot of initials after their name. Any class can teach you theory but the only way to trully acquire a skill is through practice and application.

As a husband and father of 2 I understand the challenges that a family goes through when it comes to buying or selling real estate. Every client gets 100 percent of my dedicated efforts to make sure they are making the best decision possible under their specific circumstances.
