Born and raised in Havertown, Pa, I grew up attending Haverford Township's Schools and enjoyed all Havertown had to offer before running off to college at Miami University (Ohio). After earning a Bachler of Science in Management Information Systems at Miami's School of Business ('02), I used my degree working as an IT Auditor for Deloitte & Touche. While I gained a strong background in business process and technology, I found that the job brought me very little satisfaction as clients never seemed to enjoy the presence of an auditor.
Questioning my career path, I completed my real estate course work and earned my real estate license following in the footsteps of my older brother, Clay Wagner, my Father, A. Graham Wagner Jr., my Grandfather, Arthur G. Wagner and my Great Grandfather, Joseph Wagner! While I had a feeling that Real Estate was in my blood, I began as a full time agent in October of 2004 and quickly found the satisfaction and success I'd been looking for.
For the past 3 years, I've used my business and technology background along with my entrepreneurial spirit to help my clients realize their dreams of home ownership. I've sold homes across Southwestern Pennsylvania from as far north as Newtown, Pa, to Center City Philadelphia, throughout Delaware County, and as far South as Landenberg, Pa. While my license confines me to practice within the borders of Pennsylvania, my clients needs define where I sell real estate.
