I was born and raised in The Netherlands .I have an engineering degree and am a retired officer of the Dutch Royal Navy. After a very succesful corporate carreer I retired early and went into real estate,starting with my partners a succesfull and respected company : Castellum Realty,LLC in Lancaster ,PA.
Our motto is : WE TREAT YOU AS ROYALTY. This shows also up in our logo ,which is a castle.(Castellum means castle in latin). I buy and sell mostly in PA ,but are also involved in real estate outside the area.
Due to my extensive travel and relocations I am familiar with many places in the world and that is why I have teamed up with developers in places like Belize,Dubai,Mexico and Florida ,to help people that aspire to buy outside Pennsylvania..

I have an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry by education, and experience in my corporate life and as a realtor.
In the last 3 years I took all the courses to be a broker .
I relocated my family 10 times across countries in Europe, and states in the USA.This gave me more realistic experience than most realtors .I speak /read several langages what might be beneficial for oversees customers.
As part of my corporate carreer I was involved in many purchase and contract negociations of much larger scale than the typical real estate deals.
As an engineer with a pragmatic view on life , I can advice my clients objectively and look out for their needs .
I want to create business relationships for the longterm in the spirit of "mutuality of benefits".
