I specialize in foreclosure real estate and investment properties. I also work closely with first-time homebuyers assisting with lending, inspections and general consulting.

I strongly believe in personal integrity even if it hurts me financially or personally. I will walk away from a real estate transaction that forces me to compromise my principals and faith. My commitment to all of my clients is that I will advise them to do what is best for them, even when it goes against my interests. I hold their needs before mine and that's what keeps them coming back again and again.

Prior to joining the real estate industry in 2005, I was closely involved with new home construction, mortgage consulting and interpreting, as well as web marketing services. I also hold a BS in Engineering from Penn State University.
