I hold a Masters of Science in Economic Development from Eastern University, a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles and an Associates of Arts in Mechanical Drafting from Los Angeles Trade Technical College. I am a Vietnam Era Veteran who retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
as a State auditor. During my tenure with the Commonwealth, I practiced as a certified fraud examiner , a certified government financial manager, and a performance auditor in charge.
