I have been in this field since 1993 when I started my career in real estate working for a large commercial bank/ lender as an account executive responsible for originating loans with real estate firms in the San Juan metro area. In 1995,I became a licensed mortgage broker and operated a three branch company called First Mortgage Brokers. We operated succesfully for five years, but I felt my calling was on the sales end of real estate, so I embarked on a new career and became a licensed real estate broker in the year 2000. I am a licensed attorney and notary public, so should you need the preparation of any legal instruments necessary for your real estate we are at your disposal. I offer the client a one-stop service in purchasing or selling a home by providing expert advise on financing, selling or purchasing real estate and the legal aspects of such an important decision.
