I specialized in the Bayamon Area where i keep my inventory mainly beetween 100K to 600K. Allso working nearby areas:Toa Baja, Dorado,Guaynabo,Carolina etc.
Now entering the commercial area with inventory beetewen 175K to 400K
My focus is to offer a personalized service following the most estric ethics codes. My goal is to completely satisfy my customer necesities with a quick sale and if necessary sharing inventory and commision with other brokers.

Montesino Realty began operation in 1999 under the direction of Maria del Carmen Montesino, owner.
Mrs. Montesino has a degree in commercial administration with a major in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.
She worked for 5 years in the banking industry on the trust department at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and as comptroller of prestigius architec firm of Ssierra, Cardona, Ferrer.
She is member of the Bayamon Board of Realtors in strict compliance of their ethic codes.
