Hi! My name is Elder Lopez Leiva.I was Born and raised in Guatemala, at 19 years old I moved to Chicago to continue my education where I earned an MBA from Lewis University in Romeoville Illinois. I earned my Real Estate Broker license in Illinois in 1993 and opened my own Real Estate office. I moved to Puerto Rico in late 2004 and earned my Real Estate Broker license and starter to work associated with Palmas del Mar Real Estate. Beside Real Estete I'm Also a certified Public accountant and certified bilingual teacher. I had worked for the Chicago Public Schools as a Bilingual coordinator for seven years. I have over Fourteen years of experience in real estate, topping over one hundred twenty five million dollars in sales. Responsibility, Honesty and Respect are the reasons of my success.
