Hi! My name is Elder Lopez Leiva. I was Born and raised in Bethel Gualan, Zacapa Guatemala, Central America. At the age of 19, I moved to Chicago to continue my education where I earned an MBA from Lewis University a Christian Brothers University in Romeoville Illinois. I earned my Real Estate Broker license in Illinois in 1993 and opened my own Real Estate office with lot of success becoming a member of the multimillion dollar producer club. I moved to Puerto Rico in late 2004 and earned my Real Estate Broker license and began working associated with Palmas del Mar Real Estate until November 2008, one of the Top Luxury Real Estate Office in Puerto Rico. Beside Real Estate I'm Also a certified Public accountant and certified bilingual teacher in Illinois. I had worked for the Chicago Public Schools as a Bilingual coordinator. I have over Fourteen years of experience in real estate topping over one hundred twenty five million dollars in sales. Responsibility, Honesty and Respect are the reasons of my success.
