Ms. Ligia G. Hernandez Pujol is a Real Estate Broker and Vice-President of a local family-owned business real estate company, Alberto Hernandez Real Estate, Inc. Her father Dr. Alberto Hernandez is the President of the company and has more than 50 years experience in the island, offering real estate services such as residential, resale, new communities, commercial-industrial, relocation, corporate rentals and land development.

Ms. Hernandez was selected 2005 Realtor of the Year of the Puerto Rico Association of Realtors. And is President Liaison to Peru for the National Association of Realtors assigned by its president, where the PRAR is Ambassador for this country.

She is also the Sales Manager for the production and training of 27 sales and broker associates of the company. The company has a Sales Dept. and a Marketing Dept. and also an well known academy and institute for the real estate courses of sales and broker associates in preparation for their license and exam.

Ms. Hernandez Pujol is also a CIPS (Certified International Specialist), CRB (Certified rEsidential Broker), CRS (Certified Residentiral Sales), GMS (Global Mobile Specialist), GRI (Graduate Institute of Realtors) and TRC certification. Also active member of the Chamber Commerce of Puerto Rico and the ERC (Employee Relocation Council), Puerto Rico Association of Realtors, San Juan Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Recently nominated and confirmed to be receiving this year's Omega Tau Rho, honored by the National Association of Realtors, a medal for her dedication, service and professionalism in the real estate profession for more than 20 years.
