Katherine Figueroa is a well-known REALTOR® in Puerto Rico and has worked in mortgage and real estate industry for more than 20 years.

Katherine has been named State President of the Puerto Rico Association of REALTORS®; she’s the youngest businesswoman to assume this leadership position. Has been honored by the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce with the 2006 Zenit Award for her role and contribution in Real Estate and furthering the empowered of the REALTORS® community in the Island. Current member of the Puerto Rican Real Estate Board of Regulators and Commission.

She also represents Puerto Rico on the NAR Communications Committee. Katherine holds CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) and GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute) TRC (Transnational Referral Certified) designations and certifications.

Active in international business, she’s broker-owner of KF Real Estate with offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico, which has served the real estate needs in the residential, commercial, industrial and relocations fields for more than 20 years in Puerto Rico.
