My name is Sammie Jordan. I have been selling real estate now for almost 5 years. What can I say it is truly an amazing career that I absolutely love being a part of. I just started working with a NEW company called Connect Realty in Aynor, SC. This is where I was born and raised. I am currently working on my ePro Designation (an extensive course designation regarding all aspects of internet marketing). I am also working on obtaining my Interior Design Certificate for staging homes. I have 1 sister, who is 12 days to being a year older than me, so we are extremely close. She just had a baby (Ella Ryan) on June 5, 2008. That was one of the best days of my life. I graduated from Aynor High School in 2000, go JACKETS! I went to FMU and graduated with a Bacholors Degree in Business Administration in 2004.
I have over 5.5 million dollars of closed real estate transactions to my credit. I am an expert in the sale of residential and investment properties, real estate counseling, listings, finance options, referrals, broker price opions (BPO's), marketing and all aspects of closing transactions.

Between the two of us we have knowledge of the market in serval areas including Horry, Marion, Florence, Darlington, and Dillon counties. We have extended education in many facets of real estate including appraisal, auctioneering, B.B.A. from Francis Marion University, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, all Certified Residential Specialist requirements met, Accredited Buyers Representative, Accredited Sellers Representative, Accredited Land Consultant courses, and many others. Both of us are currently pursuing the E-Pro Designation.
