I have been a full time Real Estate Broker for 30 years in the Columbia, Kershaw County, and Surfside Beach areas. I have owned my own Brokerage Company most of that time. I have been active in the State, Local and National Association of Realtors, receiving many awards. I have also served my community in various ways, from politics to chaitable organizations. I have been reconized by several of the organizations for my fundraising efforts. I have continued to keep myself educated, as our profession requires more and more knowledge to protect both the buyer and seller in thier transactions. I have just finished Mediation training for the SC Association of Realtors. I have many certifications in the field of relocation both Military and Corporate. I not only have a extensive background in residential , new construction and resale, but commerical and development as well. I personaly handle my clients all the way start to finish. Most of my clients are repeat business but I still have plenty of room for new ones.
I also am a certified HRC (home retention consultant) LMC (loss medigation consultant) and a housing counciler. Most of these services are free.
