Happily married with 4 young children. Steve deGuzman, COO/Broker-In-Charge, was responsible for creating, developing and implementing an online strategy for highly successful Charleston real estate start-up in the early 2000s. His unique skill set enabled him to lead the Sandlapper Group into the world of online real estate marketing that eventually generated more than 20% of the company’s gross revenue. The online strategy he developed was fundamental to the early-on success of the Sandlapper Group. Steve’s experience at the Sandlapper Group lead him to develop and implement the rehava real estate store model. It varies fundamentally from the traditional real estate brokerage model by emphasizing customer satisfaction, commission rebates and Internet synergies while de-emphasizing agent recruitment, agent maintenance and agent control.

As originator and initial implementer of the rehava real estate store and management team member, Steve is central to the success of this business. He invented a bold and better way to do real estate. He pushed rehava to the front of the customer satisfaction pack and has the creativity, technical skills, and drive to keep it out front in the future.
