Jerry and Elaine Owens

Jerry Owens became a Licensed Appraiser in 1993. He became an active Appraiser in 1996 and also a Licensed Realtor. He is a graduate of the Realtor Institute as well as the Floyd Wickman Real Estate School. He enjoys helping Elaine with Izzie, his newest granddaughter, and goes home a couple of times a day to spend time with them.
He appraises properties in Greenville, Anderson, Pickens and Oconee Counties.
He has a lot of knowledge of property values in all of these areas– which gives him an advantage as a Realtor.
He enjoys working with people and aiding them in buying, selling and finding value in Real Estate.
He has travelled all over the world with the Air Force and found no where more desirable than this area to settle down and live in.
He and his wife, Elaine, work as a team and live in Easley. They enjoy yard work and working around the house. And, of course, spending plenty of quality time with Izzie.

Elaine became a Realtor in 1989 and has worked the Easley/ Pickens County area as well as Powdersville, Anderson and Greenville areas since that time.
She is an excellent homemaker and has a great eye for decorating. Her pleasing attitude with buyers and seller, along with her extensive knowledge of Real Estate, makes her a dream Agent to work with.
She has won numerous awards for customer service, sale and listing of Real Estate for many consecutive years.
This past year Elaine has welcomed a new granddaughter, Isabella, which she has semi-retired to care for while Izzie’s Mom continues to teach school. Izzie is a great delight for Elaine and her husband, Jerry. She will steal your heart.
Elaine has graduated from the South Carolina licensing schools and is a graduate from the Realtor Institute. She maintains her continuing education and attends many self-betterment classes.
