Kenneth Pickering

Kenneth Pickering moved to Florence with his wife, April and their two cats, when April’s job with Washington Mutual was transferred from Milwaukee, WI in early 2007. Ken is a US Navy, Vietnam era, veteran with a BS in Business from The University of the State of New York. He worked in nuclear power in southern Maryland for twenty years then worked for FedEx Ground Information Technology in Pittsburgh and Milwaukee.


Ken’s family has moved several times in the last few years so he understands the hopes, dreams, challenges and concerns of selling/buying your home on a personal level. He is also familiar with the excitement and hard work of relocating. Ken wants to help you buy or sell your home and welcome you to the Pee Dee region if you are new to the area. Ken knows that Florence will continue to attract more nice people and more opportunity while remaining a very nice place to live.
