I have lived in Myrtle Beach since 1999 and love calling the beach "home"! With its ever expanding array of homes and businesses, Myrtle Beach is sure to please everyone.

As part of the Weichert, Realtors Southern Coast network of Realtors that sold or marketed over 774 homes in 2006, I am prepared to handle all aspects of real estate whether you're buying or selling. As the 2007 top sales producer among the agents in the two Myrtle Beach offices, I continue to keep my focus on the CLIENTS' real estate needs. An open line of communication is essential so that both my Seller and Buyer clients are aware of the market conditions. Knowledge of neighborhood and community activity is integral in the every day communication with my clients.

I am a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to becoming involved in residential sales, I was associated with shopping center management and leasing. Working as a Realtor with Buyers and Sellers is a daily pleasure.
