Originallly I am from just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa, but have been in Myrtle Beach since 2000. Since coming to Myrtle Beach, I have earned my Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business from one of the top business schools in the Southeast, Coastal Carolina University. I am also an avid golfer, and have worked in the golf business here at the beach as well.
Since March of 2006, I have been in the real estate business with Keller Williams Realty. The company is second to none in education, and I have had the privilege to meet one of the founders, Joe Williams. I have not personally met our other founder, Gary Keller, but I did listen to him speak several times last February at our convention in Las Vegas. He understands the real estate business inside and out, and he is a wonderful speaker.
Being selected to attend the convention was one probably the best thing that has happened to me since getting into the business. Over those 4 days, I was able to attend first-class real estate training classes, and listen to the best speakers in the world. I use a great deal of what I learned in my every day dealings with my clients.
One other highlight from the year was being selected as one of the top rookie agents along the Grand Strand for the year of 2006. It was a great honor to share with all of the other agents who were selected!
My main real estate focus is on the residential side of the business. I llst and sell single family homes, condos, townhomes, investment property, and land all along the 60 mile stretch of the beach.
