William Charlson

Having been born in Frankfort Germany and spending most my younger life living oversea in great historical located cities as Anthens Greece and Ankara Turkey, I finally found home living on the coast of South Carolina.
Finding Myrtle Beach in the early 70's I found my self coming back to the slower pace of life.
Finally in 1989 I elected to made the full time commitment to live and work in Myrtle Beach.
Coming out of retail I found changing my careen to Real Estate was a very easy transition.
In 1994 I was introduce to Mike Marino who was the Broker in Charge of the Legends Real Estate Office located on site for the Legends Resort. Forteen years later, I am still enjoying being a part of the development for marketing the Legends Resort and now our sister community Sago Plantation.
