I relocated from the Northeast to the Charleston Low Country in 2003 for what my wife and I thought would be limited to a two year assignment. Like so many others who have fallen in love with the Charleston Low Country, we decided to make it our new home and now could not imagine living anywhere else. My wife and I now reside in a beautiful golf course community in Summerville and continue to enjoy all the wonderful things and lifestyle that the Charleston Low Country has to offer.
I started in real estate as a consultant and investor and decided to start my own business and obtain my Agent’s license in 2005. Since that time my business has flourished and I have been a top ten agent for two nationally affiliated real estate agencies. I have built my business on three basic principles;
1. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the housing markets and real estate transactions.
2. Providing a superior level of service to clients by understanding their needs and desires and delivering a client specific host of professional services that meet or exceed their expectations.
3. Engaging the client to have some fun and enjoyment throughout the buying or selling process.

I spent the majority of my career with Fortune 500 companies, where I held various senior management positions. I established and served as COO of a Pennsylvania based commercial real estate Development Company and also founded The Stonebridge Group, an independently owned affiliate of Management Recruiters International. After selling my company, I began an association with venture capital firms serving as a contract consultant providing strategic planning and administration management to acquired high technology companies. After relocating to Charleston to assist in the rehabilitation of a DOD contractor, my family and I fell in love with the Charleston Low Country and started to acquire investment properties which subsequently led to the establishment of a successful real estate career. I am consistently ranked in the top 10 producers at Century 21 and have been inducted into the North Area Top Producers Club. I am a graduate of the University of Texas and has attended numerous graduate and leadership programs throughout the country. I am a licensed Broker, a Certified Sellers Agent, and a Military Relocation Specialist. I reside with my wife and puppy in a Golf Course Community in Summerville and am very active in the community.
