I had been buying and selling for 25 years before I got my Realtors License. My friends thought I should get a Realtors License but I had a full time job (now retired) with FedEx, was in the Naval Air Reserves, plus---buying, selling and renting real estate. Having always been told that I had the "gift of gab" and having the ability to talk to strangers, I decided to get the Realtors License and am licensed in both Tennessee and Mississippi. I believe that my ability to talk to anyone and my compassion to help people, makes me the best Realtor there is. Along with being a Realtor, I do volunteer work for the less fortunate Sr.Citizens, another testimony for loving to help people. My motto is I will do "whatever it takes" and will be with you from the beginning to the end.
